Subtracting 2-digit 10s and 10s
Reminders & Tips for this worksheet:
- A Reminder: This is very similar to
Subtraction with regrouping 2 digits - 1 digit
(if you disregard the zeros of course), but this subtraction version below is also applicable to the above mentioned case.
- Tips:
- As I've said many times - seek and subtract only the non-zero numbers, and try to "ignore" the zeros. Then when you're done - put the zeros back into game. :-)
- "Break" the second number (subtrahend) to get to 100s-only first, then it's much easier to subtract the rest.
